When the Columbia Tower Club closed, the city lost its connecting room.
For 41 years it was where Seattle's corporate, civic, and cultural leadership actually met. Its former general manager saw the deeper problem from the inside: the city's strong rooms all compete for the same members, and none of them are connected. Vantage is the opposite bet. Instead of replacing one club, it connects many. The old club's board leadership came back to build it, former Police Chief Carmen Best signed on as Founding Civic Anchor, and The Shop in SoDo joined as the founding flagship. Collaboration is the new competition.
Three things no network has
ever put together.
A club, included
We match you to a home base club that fits the life you actually live, starting with The Shop, and your belonging there is part of your membership, not a separate bill. More rooms open at the launch, and your membership travels between them.
Introductions
Your first curated introduction within 30 days, three in your first 90. Not a random mixer, not a mass email. One-to-one connections our team makes after reading both profiles, calibrated to your Vantage Type.
The whole city
A free public directory of hundreds of Puget Sound businesses and nonprofits, plus in-person rooms across the city built around real proximity. This isn’t one building. The city is the venue.
Every idea starts with a connection.
The business you built, the deal that changed everything, the person who picked up the phone when nobody else would. None of that was random. Somebody introduced you to the right person at the right time. Vantage makes that happen on purpose.
You believe in giving, not hoarding
A room where people share their network because they understand the more they give, the more comes back.
You want to know a guy
The contractor who shows up. The attorney who picks up. The restaurant you take clients to. Stop Googling. Ask the room.
You're done with random mixers
Know who's going before you arrive. Message them through the app. Walk in with a plan, not a hope.
You want to be found
Your Vantage profile and directory listing are built so the right people, and the AI search engines they use, find you when it matters.
What founding members are saying.
“I have spent my career talking about who gets into the room and who gets kept out. Vantage builds the connections this city never made and makes sure the people and businesses it overlooks are finally seen. That is why I signed on as Founding Civic Anchor.”
Carmen Best
Former Seattle Police Chief · Vantage Founding Civic Anchor
“Vantage is infrastructure for the entire city. Rachael didn't rebuild a club; she rebuilt the principle that made it matter: connection. And this time it belongs to everyone, not a landlord. That's the difference between a room and a movement.”
Katrina Romatowski
CEO, reSpace · Former Vice Chair, Columbia Tower Club
“What Rachael is building isn't just a network. It's a possibility engine. The kind of room where one conversation opens five doors you didn't know existed. That's what I'm here for.”
Jesse Rhodes Jr.
Former Board Chair, Columbia Tower Club
“The assessment alone was worth it. I've never had a tool show me that clearly why certain conversations feel like pulling teeth, and how to fix it.”
Norris Frederick
Team USA long jumper · Vantage founding member
“Anytime a community can advance in a manner that strengthens the importance of collaboration it creates outcomes that foster growth and fulfillment. That's how I see the utility of Vantage. It's a transportation system that builds roads for professionals to connect from one place to the next.”
Shyan Selah
Founder, The Black Eco Chamber & Brave New World
“Vantage is smart connection building. At its core, this is deal flow architecture designed to compound over time. The assessment alone gives you more signal about how someone operates than a year of coffee meetings.”

Everything you get as a Founding Member.
Over $10,000 in value, and that is before your club, which is included. Your rate: $197/month.
Founding rate is $197/mo, grandfathered for as long as you stay, home base club membership included. After August 30, 2026, price moves to $497.
A club gives you depth in one room. Vantage gives you the person.
We don't compete with any organization. We connect them.
Events all over the city.
Tastings. Dinners. Studio sessions. Concert boxes. Morning runs. Boat days. Every month, Vantage creates rooms in venues across Seattle where the right people end up next to each other on purpose. It begins July 23 at Harbor Steps, the night the network opens.
The part anyone can use is free.
At the front of Vantage is a free public directory of hundreds of Seattle businesses and nonprofits, findable to anyone, member or not, at no cost to them. The membership is the fuel, the directory is what it powers, and it feeds the city. When you join, you are not just buying access. You are funding the open door. See the directory.
From the founder
I'm Rachael Barclay.
I spent seven years running private clubs, most recently as General Manager of the Columbia Tower Club. When it closed, I did not want its people to scatter. I built Vantage so the professionals who made that room great have a network that connects the whole city, and works as hard as they do.
