These are the rules for using Vantage. We've written them in plain English because we think legal documents should be readable. If something is unclear, email us.
By joining the Vantage waitlist or using the Vantage platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all members, including founding members who join during the pre-launch period.
Vantage is a business networking platform for Seattle-area business owners. The core network — including your directory listing, referral tracking, and community access — is free to join. Optional AI-powered growth tools are available as a paid upgrade. Vantage is operated by The Savvy Digital Co., a Seattle-based digital agency.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information. You agree to provide truthful information about yourself and your business. Vantage reserves the right to remove any member whose profile is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or business.
You agree not to use Vantage to: (1) spam or harass other members; (2) promote illegal goods or services; (3) scrape or systematically collect member data; (4) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or (5) post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. Violations may result in immediate removal from the network.
Vantage facilitates introductions and referrals between members but is not a party to any business transactions that result from those connections. Vantage makes no guarantees about the quality, reliability, or legality of any member's products or services. Any disputes arising from member-to-member transactions are solely between the parties involved.
Optional AI-powered growth tools (smart SEO, content engine, voice receptionist, and others) are available as a paid subscription. Pricing will be communicated clearly before any charge is made. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Vantage (profile information, business descriptions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Vantage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform. Vantage's name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of The Savvy Digital Co. and may not be used without written permission.
Vantage is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Savvy Digital Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost business opportunities, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Vantage may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the directory.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
We may update these terms as Vantage evolves. We will notify founding members by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Vantage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
