Vantage is built by The Savvy Digital Co. We believe in being straightforward about how we handle your data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
When you sign up for Vantage, we collect your name, email address, business name, industry, and any optional information you choose to provide (such as your LinkedIn URL). We also collect standard usage data — pages visited, time on site, and general location (city/region) — through our analytics provider, Umami, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or sell your data.
We use your information to: (1) add you to the Vantage founding member waitlist and notify you before launch; (2) personalize your experience in the network directory; (3) send you relevant updates about Vantage — you can unsubscribe at any time; and (4) improve the product based on how members use it. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your signup information is stored securely and accessible only to the Vantage team and our service providers (email delivery, analytics). Once the network launches, your public profile (name, business name, industry) will be visible to other verified Vantage members. You will have full control over what appears in your public profile.
We use Umami for analytics — a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics tool. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. The only cookie we may set is a session cookie to keep you logged in once the platform launches.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from all marketing emails using the link in any email we send. Washington State residents have additional rights under the Washington Privacy Act (WPA), including the right to know what data we hold and to have it deleted.
We retain your information for as long as you are a member of Vantage or until you request deletion. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our infrastructure uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. That said, no system is 100% secure — if you have concerns, contact us at [email protected].
We may update this policy as Vantage grows. When we do, we will update the date below and notify founding members by email if the changes are material.
