Run your business on Claude.*

Forty-five minutes with Rachael Barclay, live. Each month is one system for the business: your marketing, your inbox, your money. You build it on your own business while we’re live, and you leave with one thing that works.

*one business system a month, free, live on Riverside. hosted by vantage.

Who it’s for

Said any of these?*

01
The screenshotter

“I have forty AI tips saved on my phone. I’ve used none of them.”

Saving them was never the problem. Doing one start to finish is. You’ll do that live, with me.

02
The spellchecker

“I pay for ChatGPT. Mostly it fixes my emails.”

That’s the most common setup I see, and the easiest one to grow. One system a month and it starts doing real work.

03
The tinkerer

“I set a few things up. I’m not sure any of it is right.”

Bring it. You’ll see a working setup on my screen, then check yours against it.

04
The not-a-tech-person

“I run a business. I’m not a tech person.”

Good. Neither are most people in this class. No code. If you can send an email, you can do this.

*if more than one sounds like you, you’re in the right class.

What happens in the 45 minutes

Get found by AI*

Ask AI about your own business the way a customer would, write down what it says, and learn to count instead of guess.

What you walk out with

A four-line test sheet, filled in for your business. Round one happens live in class. Rounds two and three are yours that afternoon, an hour apart. Plus the prompt that turns your results into a fix list.

Why three? Same question, different hour, different names. One answer is one roll of the dice.

  • Your settings, locked: temporary chat, personalization off, search on.
  • The sites AI read before it answered you, written down.
  • One wrong fact, circled, if it got one wrong. That’s your first fix.
  • Your count. Two out of three. Zero out of three. Whatever it is, it’s real.

  2. 02The same question, asked the way a real person types it at 10 PM.
  3. 03“What does [your business] in [your city] do?”
  4. 04“Is [your business] in [your city] any good?”

Thursday, November 19, 2026, 12:30 to 1:15 PM Pacific. Online, live on Riverside. Watch from anywhere.

Four questions. The last one is the good one, so give it a real answer. It’s what we’ll test against.

Free. Online, live on Riverside. Your link to watch goes to the email you give here, and only to you.

Fair questions

Asked by owners.

Is this a marketing class?

Marketing is one system out of six. The rest are the parts of the business that eat your week: your inbox, your meetings, your money, your clients. One a month, built while we’re live.

Does AI even recommend my business?

That’s the first system up: get found by AI. You ask it yourself, on your own screen, the way a customer would, and write down what comes back. Fair warning: you’ll ask more than once, because the answer moves.

Is this just SEO with a new name?

Some of it, yes. A complete Google profile, real reviews and a site that says plainly what you do still matter. What’s new is the test. You check what the AI actually says, who it names and which sites it read to get there. Then you check again next week.

Can you guarantee I’ll show up?

No. Nobody honest can promise you a spot in an AI’s answer, and I won’t. You get a way to test it and a way to measure it.

Is it safe to put my clients’ stuff in there?

You won’t need to. Everything we type in this class is already public: your business name, your city, what you do. A good rule for the rest of the week: if you wouldn’t email it to a stranger, it stays out of the chat box.

Which app do I need?

I run my own companies on Claude, so that’s what I teach from. Bring whichever you’ve got. The get-found-by-AI class also runs its test in the free ChatGPT app, since “does ChatGPT recommend me?” is the question owners ask most. Ask me why I picked Claude. I have opinions.

What do I need to bring?

Your website address and the ChatGPT app. A computer is easiest, so you can watch me and type at the same time. A phone works too.

How do I watch?

Online, live on Riverside. Watch from anywhere. Your link goes to the email you sign up with, and only to you.

It’s free. What’s the catch?

One minute at the end where I tell you, once, what Vantage membership costs and what’s in it. No countdown. No “tonight only.” Then we’re done.

I’m a GSBA member. Is this the class you promised?

It is. Free, online, once a month, and I’m the one teaching it.

Who’s Vantage, and do I have to join?

Vantage is a paid Seattle membership network. I built it out of a club closing. It hosts this class, and the class is open to anyone. You don’t have to be a member to come, or to come back.

Keep going, with people.*

If you want the whole set, built with other owners around you, that’s Vantage. Membership is $197 a month, and Forum is in it: six systems, set up in your own accounts.

Or neither, for now. The class is free next month too.
