Run your business on Claude.*
Seventy-five minutes with Rachael Barclay, laptops open. Each month is one system for the business: your marketing, your inbox, your money. You build it on your own business while you’re in the room, and you leave with one thing that works.
*one business system a month, free, live on Riverside. hosted by vantage.
It runs on a clock.*
*because your afternoon has other plans. minutes, not hours.

Get found by AI*
Ask AI about your own business the way a customer would, write down what it says, and learn to count instead of guess.
A four-line test sheet, filled in for your business. Round one happens in the room. Rounds two and three are yours that afternoon, an hour apart.
Why three? Same question, different hour, different names. One answer is one roll of the dice.
- Your settings, locked: temporary chat, personalization off, search on.
- The sites AI read before it answered you, written down.
- One wrong fact, circled, if it got one wrong. That’s your first fix.
- Your count. Two out of three. Zero out of three. Whatever it is, it’s real.
- 01“Best [what you do] in [your city] for [the job].”
- 02The same question, asked the way a real person types it at 10 PM.
- 03“What does [your business] in [your city] do?”
- 04“Is [your business] in [your city] any good?”
*AI, meaning the apps your customers already type questions into: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity.
Same question, different names: BrightLocal measured 20 to 33% overlap between repeat runs of the same local question. brightlocal.com/research/local-ai-visibility-study

*aeo: the work of getting a business found and named by AI.
Save me a spot.
Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 12:30 to 1:45 PM Pacific. Online, live on Riverside. Watch from anywhere.
Four questions. The last one is the good one, so give it a real answer. It’s what we’ll test against.
Asked by owners.
Is this a marketing class?
Marketing is one system out of six. The rest are the parts of the business that eat your week: your inbox, your meetings, your money, your clients. One a month, built while you’re in the room.
Does AI even recommend my business?
That’s the first system up: get found by AI. You ask it yourself, on your own laptop, the way a customer would, and write down what comes back. Fair warning: you’ll ask more than once, because the answer moves.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
Some of it, yes. A complete Google profile, real reviews and a site that says plainly what you do still matter. What’s new is the test. You check what the AI actually says, who it names and which sites it read to get there. Then you check again next week.
Can you guarantee I’ll show up?
No. Nobody honest can promise you a spot in an AI’s answer, and I won’t. You get a way to test it and a way to measure it.
Is it safe to put my clients’ stuff in there?
You won’t need to. Everything we type in this class is already public: your business name, your city, what you do. A good rule for the rest of the week: if you wouldn’t email it to a stranger, it stays out of the chat box.
Which app do I need?
I run my own companies on Claude, so that’s what I teach from. Bring whichever you’ve got. The get-found-by-AI class also runs its test in the free ChatGPT app, since “does ChatGPT recommend me?” is the question owners ask most. Ask me why I picked Claude. I have opinions.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop, your website address and the app. Half the class is laptops open, so a phone alone turns into a squint.
How do I watch?
Online, live on Riverside. Watch from anywhere. Your link goes to the email you sign up with, and only to you.
It’s free. What’s the catch?
Five minutes at the end where I tell you, once, what Vantage membership costs and what’s in it. No countdown. No “tonight only.” Then we’re done.
I’m a GSBA member. Is this the class you promised?
It is. Free, online, once a month, and I’m the one teaching it.
Who’s Vantage, and do I have to join?
Vantage is a paid Seattle membership network. I built it out of a club closing. It hosts this class, and the class is open to anyone. You don’t have to be a member to come, or to come back.

Keep going, with people.*
If you want the whole set, built with other owners around you, that’s Vantage. Membership is $197 a month, and Forum is in it: six systems, set up in your own accounts.
- 01Your rules
- 02Your inbox
- 03Your meetings and SOPs
- 04Your money (Monday brief)
- 05Your clients (onboarding and proposals)
- 06Your marketing (get found by AI and content)
Or neither, for now. The class is free next month too.
- Forum Live, one training session a week for every member.
- A forum of five owners from different industries, placed with the Vantage Type. You start together.
- Your GHL, set up for you by Claude, in your own account.
- Introductions over time. Made on purpose, with the reason written down.
